By accessing or using the Finalytics mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by:
Vadym Riazantsev (trading as Finalytics)Finalytics is a personal finance management application that allows users to track income, expenses, manage accounts, categorize transactions, and view financial analytics. The Service includes the ability to connect your bank accounts to automatically import transaction data.
Finalytics is not a licensed Account Information Service Provider (AISP) or a financial institution. Bank account connectivity is provided through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed AISP authorized under PSD2, and through direct API integrations with supported banks (see Section 5).
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
The Service allows you to connect your bank accounts to automatically import transactions, balances, and account information. Depending on your bank, the connection is established through one of the following methods:

You may disconnect a bank account and revoke access to your bank data at any time by:
After disconnection, we stop retrieving new data. Previously imported data remains in your account unless you explicitly delete it or delete your account entirely.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service and all bank data imported on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal financial data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You may delete your account at any time directly in the app via Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Enable Banking for bank account connectivity and direct bank APIs (e.g., Monobank). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of bank data retrieved through open banking connections — this data is provided by your bank and transmitted through Enable Banking or directly via bank APIs. Finalytics is not a financial advisor — the Service is a tool for personal tracking and does not constitute financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from inaccurate bank data, temporary unavailability of bank connections, or delays in transaction imports. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We strive to maintain the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: bank API outages, Enable Banking or direct bank API service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, natural disasters, or actions by governmental authorities. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such events.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time as described in Section 8. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kraków, Poland.
